The students of Barge--Lincoln Elementary School often see their librarian coming to school in an old truck. Here is its story. It is a 1957 Ford F-100. It was purchased in 1997, after it had been sitting in a field for 10 years. To bring it up to date, Mr. Toop has installed a 5.0 litre High Output Mustang V8, along with a T-5 five-speed transmission.
